Delivery
I ordered for delivery within the UK. When will my order come?
Usually our UK orders are delivered within a week, and can be as soon as the next day, depending on the courier service.
I ordered for delivery in the rest of Europe. When will my order come?
Usually our EU orders are delivered within 7 days.
I ordered for delivery outside of Europe. When will my order come?
Usually orders outside of the EU will be delivered between 2-4 weeks. We aim to fulfil orders as soon as possible, however once they leave our warehouse it is largely out of our control.
My order hasn’t come within the stated time. What should I do?
Either drop us a DM on instagram or email info@1mr.shop with your order number and query, our customer service team will be in touch asap.
General Enquiries
Which cuff should I use?
Our cuffs come in 3 sizes. Our Thin Cuffs are designed mainly for smaller wrists/arms, but some people prefer the thin cuffs for lateral raises as well. Our OG Cuffs cover both lateral raises and fly variations for ‘most’ people. Our Titan cuffs are for bigger arms or even used as a leg cuff. We recommend the OG for general all-round use.
