Shipping policy

UK SHIPPING 

All items ordered before 14:00 will be sent the same day. Orders after 14:01 will be sent next working day. We only send via Royal Mail Tracked which is a 24 hour or 48 hour service. You will receive full tracking details via text or email. We do not dispatch on a Saturday therefore if you order after 14:01 on a Friday your item will be dispatched on the following Monday.

During busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas please allow 1 extra day for delivery due to courier services being delayed. If your product is not delivered within 3 working days and the tracking is not updating please contact the email address at the bottom.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We will dispatch your items same working day and this can take three to seven working days to be delivered. Due to circumstances beyond our control, international parcels are experiencing long delays. Some International parcels will occur import duty when entering your country. We cannot stop this and unfortunately have no control over how much it will be. Alongside delays we also cannot guarantee delivery to PO Box addresses. When available please use residential addresses. We cannot stop this and unfortunately have no control over how much it will be. We have no control over PO Box delivery times as these vary due to the courier services used.
